Join us recognizing and fostering excellence in Canada’s In-House Community. The Canadian Corporate Counsel Association and Mondaq look forward to announcing the winners at the gala evening on 9 October in the magnificent Crystal Ballroom at the Omni King Edward Hotel in Toronto, Ontario.

RVA Jones Award

The RVA Jones Award is named after Robert V.A. Jones, an in-house counsel who made significant contributions to the in-house counsel community. This award celebrates a Canadian in-house counsel who exemplifies the highest standards of conduct, professionalism, and service as in-house counsel. The recipient will be an individual who has made long-term, significant contributions to the promotion and advancement of the Canadian in-house community. They will be a champion and advocate of the Canadian in-house community, and viewed by their peers as a leader and a source of inspiration.

In-House Legal Leader of the Year Award

The In-House Legal Leader of the Year Award honours an in-house legal professional who has exemplified outstanding leadership, strategic insight, and legal expertise within their organization over the past year. They have led by example, fostering collaboration and mentorship within their teams. The Transition to Business Award recognizes an in-house counsel who has successfully moved beyond a traditional legal role within an in-house legal department to take on a business, strategic or leadership position within an organization, outside of the legal department.
